Sit Inside Time
One of the ideas I’m fascinated with is time. The one true precious resource — finite for everyone. And how we spend it is really the only thing that matters in the end.
As I’ve gotten older, it’s a marvel to witness how time can rush by. And I’m already guilty of being lost in nostalgia and prospection — ruminating the past or anticipating the future.
A big growth area for me is changing my relationship with time — how do I enjoy the best version of now? The goal is to sit inside time. Even if it’s boring, mundane, or hard to do.
A part of this journey is the return to analog: using a physical calendar (shout out to my sister-in-law Rachita for making this!), writing in my journal with a pen, or eating meals without a device.
How are you sitting inside your time?
