Light Comes Back
Autumn is here in the Northeast! It’s a lovely feeling to drive through the neighborhood and see brilliant hues of red, yellow, and orange. Nature at its peak.
A downside? The days are getting darker. Eerie to leave and come home when it’s pitch black. It starts to play funky games on my mind — SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) can begin to creep in.
It’s interesting how we miss simple things like sunshine when we don’t have it, plus how essential it is for a healthy & happy life.
I saw this post that gave me comfort. Light always comes back. Similar to weather, it will change if we are patient and thoughtful. Resonates with broader life too.
So stay cozy & bundle up! The daylight will be here before we know it.
